How To Create Health ID Card

Create Health ID card by Aadhar Card

Time needed: 20 minutes.

Steps for registering for the Health ID Card using Mobile Number link Aadhar Card
The complete registration takes less than 10 to 20 minutes as you only need to fill your basic details and validate your Mobile Number/Email ID or Aadhar number.

Step 1

First of all, Click here to register to National Health Digital ID Card (healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register)

Step 2

Now, you will be asked to Generate your health ID. This can be done via Giving Aadhaar Info or Simply by providing a mobile number
If you want to use your Aadhaar details for creating Health ID, click Generate via Aadhaar

NOTE: To register for your health id card using Aadhaar, your Aadhaar must be linked with your mobile number because OTP based verification will take place.

Step 3

Now you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar number. After Entering ID, you need to click on “I Agree” & then click on “Submit”. Now, you will be taken to another page and you will receive an OTP on Aadhaar registered mobile number. On this new page, Enter the OTP received.

Then click on submit to proceed and the online registration or application form will open up and you can apply for your unique digital health ID

Create Health ID card by Mobile Number

This is options #2 for creating a unique Health ID. You can register via providing a mobile number and verifying it via OTP.

  • Step 1: On the same page, as mentioned above, Click on “Generate via Mobile”
  • Step 2: In the next page, Enter your mobile number in the space provided and click on “Submit”
  • Step 3: Then, you will be asked to enter the OTP received
  • Step 4: Now, you will be taken to the Health ID card online registration page where you can apply for your unique Health ID Card under the “National Digital Health Mission” Scheme.
  • Step 5: Enter your basic information such as Full Name, Date of Birth, Password, and Gender

Note: In HEALTHID field enter your name or mobile number and note down this health id because it useful for account recovery.

On the eve of 74th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced his brilliant scheme “Digital Health ID Card Yojana.” The main objective of this scheme is to provide the medical facilities by providing unique health care to the people and to improve the healthcare infrastructure. Under this scheme, the government’s objective is to integrate the medical history of an individual into a Unique Health ID Card. To avail PM Modi Health Card Scheme 2020, the citizens can visit the Official Portal of National Digital Health Mission and can register their Health ID Card. However, as of now, this scheme has started in the few Indian States & Union Territories.

A Health ID card will act as a Health Account of every Indian. This will contain all the details related to the tests, diseases, doctors visited, medicines, reports, and diagnosis. All the information related to the health of an individual will be included in the Health ID card. All information are one place will make this convenient for all the citizens of the country.
